The organization fundraises through events and collects clothing for interviews for everyone and dance attire for young women. This collection contains administrative files, event files and photos, and marketing materials.

The records of the Burroughs Nature Study Club include by-laws, meeting minutes, budgets, membership reports, correspondences, and club memorabilia.
