Christ Child Society, Dayton Chapter Records
On October 11, 1911, Marie and Helen Rotterman founded the Dayton Chapter of the Christ Child Society. Minutes, photographs, and committee files document the group's primary focus of providing clothing and aid to needy women and children .
Dayton Section, American Chemical Society Records (MS-328)
The Dayton Section of the American Chemical Society formed in 1929. It is an organization where chemists can get together within the Dayton Area and network across the globe. Within this collection are administrative records, such as minutes, agendas, correspondence, and programs. There is also financial information such as treasurer's and expense reports. Lastly, this collection has award records, which includes nominations, correspondence, and programs.
East Dayton Housing Opportunities Corporation Records
The corporation provided low-income housing for selected families in the East Dayton community, assisting their clients in becoming home owners through permanent financing and property rehabilitation. The materials in the collection include administrative, financial and membership records of the organization, as well as correspondence and property records. There are also a number of files relating to other housing organizations with which EDHOC affiliated and/or collaborated.
U.S. Army Signal Services Records (MFM-89)
Consists of a volume of monthly meteorological reports from the Columbus area recording daily measurements of temperature, rainfall, weather conditions, and barometric pressure.
Veteran's Administration Medical Center, Dayton Records (MFM-90)
Consists of death and funeral service records (1875-1936) as well as volumes listing residents (1867-1912), Board of Managers' reports (1867-1913), and copies of General and Special Orders which contain information on individuals discharged from the Center (1876-1913).
Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial Records (MFM-92)
The bulk of this collection consists of records related to the construction of the Perry Victory and International Peace Memorial on South Bass Island in Lake Erie. The memorial was erected in 1912-1913 to commemorate the Centennial of Oliver Perry's naval victory over the British on Lake Erie in the War of 1812. Also included in the collection are the minutes of the Centennial Commission, correspondence, blueprints, pamphlets, and news clippings.
Bavarian Beneficial Society Records (MFM-123)
Founded in 1875, the Bavarian Beneficial Society served families of Cincinnati's German community during times of sickness and death. Four volumes of records include membership rolls (listing name, age, occupation, and address), names of officers and trustees, obituaries of deceased members, and reports of the Illness Committee which lists name, age, and address of the individual who was served. The records are in German.

Eleanor McCann Dayton Music Scrapbook (SC-379)
The collection consists of a single scrapbook containing clippings, original materials (such as programs and correspondence), and occasional handwritten commentary, mostly focused on Dayton's classical music scene in the 1930s and 1940s. Eleanor McCann was the music director at the Dayton Art Institute at the time.
American Red Cross, Dayton Area Chapter Records (MFM-24)
The microfilmed records are from the Red Cross, Dayton Area Chapter Records (MS-121) and span 1917-1980. Included are Board of Director's minutes, financial reports, annual reports, Annual Meeting programs, statistical reports, and clippings of the 1974 Xenia, Ohio tornado. The records were microfilmed by Wright State University Libraries.
