Greene County Fair Board Records
This collection consists of copies of the official programs of the Greene County Fair from 1959-1977.
Sons of Veterans U.S.A. Earnshaw Camp No. 89 Records
Consists of a volume of minutes for 1890-1899 which includes quartermaster's reports and resolutions of respect for deceased members. Also included is a folder of loose materials containing quarterly reports, receipts, and a list of suspended members.

Membership is composed of representative alumnae from all 26 NPC member groups represented throughout the Dayton area. The collection includes administrative, financial, and event files.
American Association of University Women, Xenia, Ohio, Records (MS-518)
The American Association of University Women (AAUW), Xenia, Ohio Records document the efforts of this local women’s organization. The branch was formed in 1948 in hopes of broadening the opportunities of women in universities. This collection contains administrative records, meeting minutes, treasurer’s reports, fundraising resources, event papers, correspondence, scrapbooks, and newspaper clippings.
Centerville Garden Club Records
The Centerville Garden Club, located near Dayton, Ohio, was established in 1930. The records consist almost entirely of scrapbooks with both internal and external material on the club. The materials are photographs, newspaper clippings, booklets containing a list of events, members and officers, certificates, awards and thank you notes.

The Dayton Bicycle Club Records consist of primarily financial records and receipts from the club from the early 20th century. The collection contains receipts from around 500, mostly local, businesses that provide an important record of how business was conducted around the turn of the 20th century. Also included is a limited amount of correspondence relating to club business and the organization of bicycle races.

The Dayton Unit of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) was founded in 1915, six years after the national organization was established in 1909. The collection includes brief summary histories of the organization, annual reports, program books from the annual Freedom Fund Banquet, and newspaper articles.
Greenview Garden Club History Records
The Greenview Garden Club, established 1957, is located in Englewood, Ohio. This collection is comprised of meeting minutes, agendas, letters, photographs, awards and scrapbooks created by the Greenview Garden Club. These materials date from 1957-2016. Also included in this collection are records of the work of Greenview Garden Club Members volunteering for the Stillwater Sanitarium and the creation and maintaining of the Herb Garden at Aullwood Farms.
