The Ohio Federation of Republican Women (OFRW), founded in 1929, is the smaller, state representation of the larger National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW). The Gas Chromatography Discussion Group of Dayton, Ohio was established in 1961. Monthly discussions were held until it became too frequent, so in 1968 the group organized their first annual workshop.
