Biographical / Historical
From 1921 to 1923, Dominick Greco worked as a laborer in the maintenance department for the War Department’s Air Service Engineering Division at McCook Field in Dayton, Ohio. Greco resigned from this role in 1923, with the stated reason for resignation being that he had obtained a better position.
Further research indicates that Dominick Greco was born May 28, 1900, in Pennsylvania, lived in the Dayton area for most of his adult life, and died December 14, 1974, in Kettering. He and his wife Josephine had at least three children, including Dante, Emery, and Evelyn (the donor).
