Scope and Content From the Collection: Consists of one volume of corporation records beginning March 7, 1867 when the officers were established for the Miamisburg and Carrollton Hydraulic Company. The volume contains Board of Directors meeting minutes spanning 1867-1924. The minutes include receipts and expenditures. The volume also includes minutes from special meetings, and copies of articles of agreement, and deeds. The volume is missing its casing, and starts on page 4.
