Custodial History
The records were transferred to the Wright State University Archives via the Local Records Field Representative from the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, in connection with the Local Government Records partnership with Ohio Historical Society.
The Montgomery County Clerk of Courts was probably in possession of these records as part of court exhibits/ evidence items related to the company’s liquidation.
Acquisition Information
The records of the Wolf and Wolf Retail Segar Company were transferred to the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Office in December of 1975.
