Abstract This collection consists primarily of the personal and business correspondence of George Harris and his wife Katherine Carr Harris, his brother, Robert Harris, and his son, Ladley Harris. Both Katherine and George were born and raised in Yellow Springs, Ohio and attended Antioch College in the 1890s. Katharine Wright Haskell Papers (MS-700)

Papers consist of mainly correspondence from Katharine Wright (1874-1929) to her future husband, Henry J. Haskell. Letters cover a variety of personal matters including the opposition to her impending marriage by her brother, Orville Wright. Other subjects discussed include Oberlin College, the Kansas City Star, the Wright patent challenge, and Katharine's ideas about women's rights.

Scope and Contents Edward Hauck was a life-long Dayton resident and World War II veteran. The collection consists of original drawings by a soldier known as “Poncho” (a member of Hauck’s Roger Squad) during the Battle of the Bulge in World War II. The drawings depict fellow Roger Squad members (including Hauck) and combat scenes. The Health and Welfare Planning Council of the Dayton Area Records consist of nine (9) bound volumes of the Board of Directors' records, including constitutions and bylaws, officer lists, meeting minutes and attachments. The Health and Welfare Planning Council of the Dayton Area, Inc., primarily served Montgomery, Greene, and Preble Counties, and it was an associated agency of the United Fund.

Robert Henn was the pilot for WHIO Airscout and WING Skywatch from 1980-1995. The collection consists mainly of aerial photographs (all 35mm slide format) of the Dayton metropolitan area, including especially Trotwood, Brookville, and downtown Dayton. Photos (non-aerial) of aircraft on display at the Dayton Air Show are also included. Most slides are identified at the item level by the creator, with a description and date written on the slide.
