: The Wright Company Glass Plate Negative collection consists of 92 glass plate negatives, and 10 film negatives relating to the Wright Company, the Wright School of Aviation, flights at Kitty Hawk, N.C., celebrations and aviation events, and a series of unidentified children.

Abstract This collection documents the training of Charles Wald, an early American aviator. It also documents the Wright Company's early involvement in water-based aviation.The collection includes flight records and negatives. The flight diary and logs were written by Charles Wald in 1912 and the photographs were taken by him, with the exceptions of those in which he is shown, between 1910 and 1916. Abstract

Papers consist of mainly correspondence from Katharine Wright (1874-1929) to her future husband, Henry J. Haskell. Letters cover a variety of personal matters including the opposition to her impending marriage by her brother, Orville Wright. Other subjects discussed include Oberlin College, the Kansas City Star, the Wright patent challenge, and Katharine's ideas about women's rights.

Abstract Ivonette Wright Miller was a niece of Wilbur and Orville Wright, the daughter of the Wright Brothers older brother, Lorin Wright. Scope and Contents Wilbur F. H. Bigelow, Sr., was a foreman in the Mill department of Dayton-Wright Airplane Company factory at Moraine (Plant 1), during World War I.
