Scope and Contents

Employees of the Dayton-Wright Airplane Company work on the Dayton-Wright XB-1A fuselage and engines. The photograph shows employees of the Dayton-Wright Airplane Company working on the engines and fuselage of the Dayton-Wright XB-1A, circa 1921. The hoods are off with the engines exposed and one airplane has the radiator installed. All of the fuselages are complete up to the engine. Similar image to MS152_197.
