The men work at stations along a large table and stack the parts in the middle of the table. Various tools and supplies can be seen in use throughout the image. A sign hangs above the door that reads "No Smoking". The title of the negative is "The Dayton Wright Airplane Co. Dayton, Ohio. Plant No. 3."
