Scope and Contents
Fire engine in front of a Dayton-Wright Airplane Company factory. A fire engine with a steam powered pump sits in front of a Dayton-Wright Airplane Company factory, circa 1918. The fire crew works and stands with employees around the rig. A charged line is attached to the pump and steam pours out of the top of the pump. Through a window near the entry way a sign reads "Please do not smoke." Another sign gives directions to visitors.
