This scrapbook contains mostly photographs pertaining to Wright Brothers anniversaries and commemorations, such as: at the Wright Memorial; Sue Wright at garden party with Ivonette and Harold Miller, as well as Zoe Dell Nutter and others (1982); photos and documents concerning the dedication of a reproduced Wright Flyer at the National Soaring Museum at Harris Hill, Elmira, New York, which Horace and Susan dedicated in 1986; the Wilbur Wright State Memorial in Indiana; photos of Horace and others during filming at Carillon Park and Huffman Prairie for a documentary (1986); article about near-completion of the Wright Cycle Shop in Wright-Dunbar (1986) and a photo of Horace and Sue at the opening; Horace at Kettering Moraine Museum holding a small wooden airplane; Horace with August Brunsman and Fred Rieger studying an aircraft drawing; Horace and Sue at another Nutter party (1987); proclamation from Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio, concerning 82nd anniversary of flight 1985); Horace and Ivonette with Lowell Thomas, Jimmy Doolittle, and Neil Armstrong (1980); invitations to “Early Flight, 1900-1911” traveling exhibition (1984-1985); invitation to an Air Force Museum Foundation event honoring Ervin J. Nutter (May 1986); and invitation to a National Aviation Hall of Fame event honoring Mr. and Mrs. Horace Wright and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Miller, at the home of Ervin and Zoe Dell Nutter (June 1986).
