Scope and Contents
Series I: By-laws, contains the constitutional bylaws of the club. Series II: Meetings, contains the club meeting minutes and monthly agendas. Series III: Budget, contains the budget of the club for the fiscal year. Series IV: Membership Reports, contains the membership reports of each meeting and related material on the members such as memorials and obituaries. Series V: Correspondence, contains any correspondence related to the club or from the... club members. Series VI: Memorabilia, contains all memorabilia of the club like flyers, yearbooks, and awards.
