Each file contains documents dated from the May of the first year to the May of the second.

This section also holds copies of the original designs for the numerous awards distributed by the organization. There are also photocopies of various individuals participating in events held by the organization in this folder although who is pictured and in what context is missing from all of them. The second is composed of a thin, bound ledger that details the years in which many of the members joined. These instances are marked by the individual’s name and the year they were accepted into the organization. It also details some of the financial transactions of the organization including what was being purchased and how much. Finally, a single copy of the award notice for the year 1996 is included in this series.
