Leadership Circle and Annual Report, 2003
Scope and Contents
The Campaign Files and Reports series includes promotional and informational material relative to a particular annual fundraising campain, such as case statements, communicators' kits, chairs' training kits, handbooks, posters, brochures, invitations, and some service directories, etc. It also includes "Individual Pacesetter" and "Leadership Circle" booklets listing and honoring donors, sometimes with photographs of individual donors. Annual Reports are also included in this series as they were sometimes published in the same book as the Leadership Circle listings. The files of the United Appeal Board (Community Chest and Red Cross combined campaign) are in this series as well, as they cover most of the years for which "campaign files" were not kept and include much of the same information as the files that were labeled "campaign files." United Appeal Board files include meeting minutes for the United Appeal Board of Trustees and some campaign materials.

The majority of the materials are in English; however, at least one item includes Spanish. The presence of other languages are indicated at the folder or item level.
Conditions Governing Access
There are no donor-imposed restrictions on accessing material in this collection; however, this collection is subject to restrictions on accessing original audio/visual and electronic record formats due to preservation concerns.
Due to preservation concerns, original audio and video materials cannot be played in the reading room. Patrons may have access to reference copies. Items without reference copies can be digitized at the request of a patron for the cost of creating a digital copy. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance if you would like to request an audio or video reference copy. Use of digitized content is subject to conditions governing use.
Some analog audiovisual materials, already restricted for the preservation reasons stated above, are also stored off-site.
All electronic records listed in this finding aid are processed and available; however, researchers are requested to contact us at least two days in advance when requesting electronic records.
