The Burroughs Nature Study Club is a women’s social club created in 1915 in Centerville, Ohio through the shared interest of its members in John Burroughs’ nature books. This collection spans from 1986 to 2014 with the bulk dates from 2003 to 2014. The records of the Burroughs Nature Study Club include by-laws, meeting minutes, budgets, membership reports, correspondences, and club memorabilia.

Abstract The Alpha Phi sorority was first created at Syracuse University on October 10, 1872, to provide a "tie which unites, a circle of friends" for women young and old all around the world. The Dayton Alumnae Chapter was officially founded on January 4, 1956. The chapter exists to this day as a form of contact for the alumnae in the Dayton area. The collection contains scrapbooks documenting the Alpha Phi sorority alumnae from various universities who are either from or presently living in Dayton....
