Glen Shoemaker, an aeronautical engineer at McCook Field, to a friend, describing a long-distance flight he took in November 1925. The Siebenthaler Nursery played an important part in the development of the nursery business in the United States. As such, it would prove valuable to any student of the nursery and landscape business, students interested in business history, or many aspects of local history.
