Interview with musician Larry Troutman, a native of Hamilton, Ohio, member ofthe Dayton funk band Zapp, and President of Troutman Enterprises (a recording production company among other things), to discuss the music industry, the impact of drugs on the industry, the success of the Troutman brothers, and how the black community might succeed as well.
