Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection contains one handwritten volume recording the meetings of the owners of the Esplanade Hotel Company of Springfield, Ohio, from May 1912 to November 1915. These include the articles of incorporation for the company, information about stocks and stockholders, and minutes for meetings of shareholders and of the board of directors.
