Scope and Content From the Collection: The Tony Hall Papers consist primarily of the Congressional records of Tony Hall during his 24 years as a U. S. Congressman representing Ohio's Third District from 1979 to 2002 and, to a lesser extent, his personal papers as the U. S. Ambassador to the United Nations Agencies for Food and Agriculture from September 10, 2002 to April 1, 2006.
