Abstract
This collection contains the Board of Directors’ minutes, financial records, correspondence, subject files, photographs, and production records of a Springfield-based manufacturer of steam tractors and threshing machines. Also included is a large collection of drawings and blueprints.

The O.S. Kelly Company Records were donated to Wright State University Libraries' Special Collections and Archives by the O.S. Kelly Company in June 1974.
Processing Information
Preliminary processing of the O.S. Kelly Records was made possible in part through funding from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC) under grant #77-45, in 1977, with the preliminary inventory completed in June 1979 by Roberta Ritchie.
