Scope and Content
Series I. Administrative. Consists of Board of Trustee's Minutes, Strategic Plan, and resolutions and by-laws. Also included are Annual Reports and Grant Information.
Series II. Land. This series consist of inspection reports on property easements currently maintained by the B-WGC. Of particular interest is the process of acquiring the Adrian Property.
Series III. Programs. Included in this series are programs from the Sweet Corn Festival held in Fairborn, Ohio. Also there are programs and workshops that B-WGC either participated in or organized themselves.
Series IV. Publications. Of particular interest in this series is the B-WGC's newsletter, "The Green Heart". Also included are newspaper clippings about the organization as well as booklet's about B-WGC and a "Local Food Sources Directory."
Series V. Artwork. This series consists of original artwork done by Joseph Barrish. The artwork consists of water colored portraits of various flowers that are in the B-WGC's wetlands area. The letters and numbers next to the flower name indicate which volume and issue number of "The Green Heart" the artwork is featured in. The copyright for the artwork is held by the artist.

History of B-W Greenway Community Land Trust
The B-W Greenway Community Land Trust (B-WGC) was established in 1998. The "B" stands for the Beavercreek Wetlands and the "W" for the Estel Wenrick Wetlands. The primary goal of this organization is to maintain wetlands, a greenway, and land management. The B-WGC lies in the towns of Beavercreek and Fairborn, the townships of Bath, Beavercreek and Mad River, and the counties of Clark and Greene.
