Scope and Contents
The collection contains two forms created by a Bellefontaine, Ohio society, Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters, Logan Council, No. 34. Information includes dues collected, officers elected in 1883-1884, a list of members of the council, and the stated monthly meeting date. The second form, from the 1870s, is mostly blank, but contains penciled signatures on the back.

Biographical / Historical
The Logan County Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters was organized in October of 1860. According to William Henry Perrin and J. H. Battle’s 1880 History of Logan County and Ohio, the secret society had, in 1880, 177 members.
