Kline was an Aeronautical Engineer at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and a collector of aviation materials. Child Guidance Center Records

This collection contains the oversize pictograph book of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and its master plan, produced from data collected and edited by the Deputy of Air Installations in 1948.
