Scope and Contents Wilbur F. H. Bigelow, Sr., was a foreman in the Mill department of Dayton-Wright Airplane Company factory at Moraine (Plant 1), during World War I. The collection consists of a single item, an original "Individual Pay Record Book" for Herbert Wright, a Private in the American Expeditionary Forces who was stationed at the 104th Field Hospital in France during World War I. It covers the time period of October 1918 to March 1919.

Frank Hamburger witnessed the Wright Brothers' first flight in Dayton. Collection contains several photographs of Hamburger as well as newspaper clippings recounting his involvement with the Wrights.
