Scope and Contents
Dr. Charles Berry interview Abe Stine about his life before, during, and after World War II. In his interview Stine discusses growing up in Zabkowice, Poland, his family history, and more. During his interview Stine talks about being forced into an Arbeitslager called Niederkild, building the Autobahn, and eventually being transferred to Buchenwald. Towards the end of his interview he details the deplorable conditions he and others faced in the Buchenwald concentration camp, before being libreated in 1945 and his life after.
