Scope and Contents
Dr. Charles Berry inteviewed Lydia May about her life before, during, and after World War II. In her interview May details her early life in Frankfurt, her parent's occupations and her education. She also talks about difficult conditions leading up to and during the war while her husband was abroad. Towards the end of the interview May details how her son-in-law took a job in Dayton which eventually led to her coming to Ohio.
