Scope and Contents
Cynthia Wolfe interviewed Lilly Levine about her life before, during, and after World War II. In her interview Levine begins by detailing her family history, her education, and her childhood in Frankfurt. Levine recounts her mother's death, the impact that had on her father and his job, and her family's departure for Cincinnati in 1935. Towards the end of the interview she by discusses how and when she came to Dayton and her life in the Dayton area.
