Scope and Contents
One pair of metal handcuffs, detective model, produced by Tower Co. (circa 1920). Dayton Police Detective Sergeant Charles Gross used these handcuffs on John Dillinger during his arrest on September 22, 1933. The key to the handcuffs is also included.
