Scope and Contents
Interview with Frankie Freeman, St. Louis attorney, former Inspective General at the Community Services Administration, and former Commissioner at the U.S. Civil Rights Commission (the first woman appointed to the Commission). They discuss several topics mainly branching off of voting rights, civil rights, and welfare and social services. They briefly discuss (around minute 8:00) whether the United States might ever someday elect a black president.

Physical Description
Condition note from digitization specialists at Scene Savers in 2022: Tape begins on bars, then cuts to countdown. Audio on two channels, however right channel needed heavy gain adjustments ( ~12dB) to bring it closer to the left channel. Headswitching present across bottom of frame. Video dropout occurs intermittently.
