Interview with Larry Troutman, a native of Hamilton, Ohio, a Central State University alumnus, member ofthe Dayton funk band Zapp, President of Troutman Enterprises, to discuss many topics, including his education at Central State, the music industry (particularly the business part of "show business"), the Troutmans' policies concerning drug use, the need for the black community to develop industries and resources for themselves, and other topics.

Physical Description

Condition note from digitization specialists at Scene Savers in 2022: Tape begins on bars, then cuts to countdown. Audio present on two channels, mainly left channel. Right channel had weak signal even with 12dB of gain. Video dropout occurs intermittently.
