The collection contains annual reports dating 1914-1934, a transcript of a court case, and minutes from 1883-1937.

The documents in the collection were used as evidence in court in a case bought by the company in 1938 against five of its senior staff, Loretta Laufersweiler, Charles Bornhorst, E. F. Westerheide, Ben Boecker and John Fortman for negligence, and the loss of over $700,000 of company money.
