Color 35mm negatives taken by Marvin Fong. Individual file titles are from what is written on the outside of the envelopes. A few files also include the assignment sheet and/or other attachments with additional information; presence of these is noted at the file level. Unusual letter combinations in parentheses and/or quotation marks are believed to indicate the original "slug" of the story. In many cases, there are two sets of envelopes for the same photo subject, many of which are differentiated with "proofed" and "unpublished" designations, which seems to indicate which frames were used in the paper and which ones were extra, unused shots.
