The Trotwood Women's Club is a collection of material documenting the administrative, educational, and philanthropic activities of the club within Trotwood, Ohio.

Series I, Administrative Records, includes historical material documenting the organization, minutes and attendance, treasury reports, and agendas relating to the various organizations and philanthropic activities of the group. This is the largest series in the collection and contains information about activities with the Dayton Federation of Women's Clubs and the Widow's Home of Dayton. This portion of the collection also provides interesting insight into the themes and guest speakers present at the meetings and in the programs of the club.

Series II, Programs, documents topics, areas of interest, and keynote speakers from September to June and includes the years 1939 through 2011. The programs reflects social issues of interest within the greater Dayton, Ohio, area and are each visually distinct and vivid.

Series III, Scrapbooks, contains a variety of programs and photographs of guest lecturers. These also provide newspaper articles and photographs about the philanthropic activity of the club, particularly the Penny Art Fund, the Dayton Federation of Women's Club Marie J. Kumler Scholarship Fund, and the Widow's Home of Dayton, Ohio.
