Davies Building Company Records (MS-208)
This collection consists of Board of Directors’ minutes for this Dayton-based company which was involved in building and maintaining commercial real estate properties in the Miami Valley region. Also included are the company’s Articles of Incorporation, some correspondence, and legal documents.
Dayton Rose Society Records (MS-602)
The Dayton Rose Society was organized in 1933, and these records contain the society’s monthly meeting minutes, events, news clippings, and photos from 1933 to 1959.

Julius Maranze Papers
The Julius Maranze Papers deal with the legal disputes surrounding Dayton’s Old Courthouse and Cooper Park, resulting from the manner in which the properties were conveyed by Daniel C. Cooper in the early 19th century. Julius Maranze and his wife Pauline were leaders in the efforts to preserve the Old Courthouse and Cooper Park.

This collection consists of an eclectic assortment of Civil War documents donated to the Montgomery County Historical Society by numerous individuals. Included are regimental rolls, morning reports, clippings, reunion notices, requisitions, and correspondence from the 1st, 2nd, and 93rd Regiments of the Ohio Volunteer Infantry (OVI).

The collection consists of a ledger containing the hand-written Minutes of the West Dayton Civic League. The minutes span the period January 7, 1915 to November 13, 1917.
