Abstract
The Dayton Liederkranz-Turner Collection documents the experience of German-Americans for over one hundred years going back to 1890 through 2007. The evolution of the organization reflects both local and national changes. The activities and goals of the Dayton Chapter, as well as their involvement with other chapters, is documented. The collection includes organization histories, meeting minutes, financial records, correspondence, membership records, publications, and programs.

Abstract
The St. Elizabeth Hospital Records document the growth and expansion of the Franciscan Health Network in Dayton. The hospital was established in 1878 and founded as Dayton's first community hospital by the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor. Expansion and construction began in 1882 and continued throughout the hospital's existence. The collection includes photographs and negatives documenting this development overtime. The Wright Company was formed in November 1909 with Wilbur Wright as President and Orville Wright one of two Vice-Presidents. In 1915, Orville sold the company to a group of investors, which later merged the company with the Martin Company.
