Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection consists of nine (9) bound volumes of the Board of Directors' records for the Health and Welfare Planning Council of the Dayton Area, Inc. Each volume typically includes a list of current officers, a copy of the organization's constitution and by-laws, a summary of highlights from the meeting minutes contained in that volume/year, then sections for each meeting, including minutes and attachments relevant to that meeting.
