The Charter Development Committee will be co-chaired by Paul Leonard and Dan Foley. It will work with the Dayton Together Initiative (“Dayton Together”) to develop a draft Charter for the single county charter government, the Dayton-Montgomery County Metro Government or “Metro Gov”. A separate Charter Advisory Committee (“Advisory Committee”) wills then review and offer constructive feedback to the Development Committee beginning in mid-July.
