From the Collection:

The material contained within the Child Guidance Center Records is divided into two series: Administrative Records and History. Arrangement is chronological within the folders. The Administrative Records Series include the Board Meeting Minutes covering 1930-1969; Annual Financial Reports spanning 1935-1967; and Annual Reports for 1932-1970. The Annual Reports are not a complete run.

The History Series includes: Histories of the Child Guidance Center (including Variety Manor), 1929-1976; Constitution and By-laws, 1959-1977; Operating Procedures, undated; Photographs, 1958; and a News clipping Scrapbook, circa 1949-1977.
