A few files also include the assignment sheet and/or other attachments with additional information; presence of these is noted at the file level. Unusual letter combinations in parentheses and/or quotation marks are believed to indicate the original "slug" of the story (and some include numbers which is likely a clue to the actual photo publication date). The Jim Rutledge subseries in particular includes several photos of pets (usually dogs) for the "Pet of the Week" series to promote the adoption of area pets in animal shelters.
