Arrangement

The Subject VIP Files utilize the same alpha-numeric coding system as the JH Alphanumeric Files. Photographs are typically in 3-ring binder boxes, and clippings (if present) are typically in document cases. Box identifiers use the following naming convention: SVIP_TOPIC_BOXNUMBER (e.g., SVIP_Tornado_1).
