Scope and Contents

The collection consists of a 1935 newspaper clipping reporting the death of Henry Lynn Booher, machinist and pioneer automobile builder, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio, as well as seven black and white picture postcards and one black and white photograph showing early automobiles. There is no indication as to who built the automobiles, but were likely built by Mr. Booher. The dates of the automobiles span the period 1892 to 1900.
